"Check in went very smooth. We came from the train station and found out that while it's not owned by Best Western, there is a shuttle that could be provided to bring you back to the train station. So that's what we opted to do. The staff provided all the contact to the shuttle service. Also, even though the continental breakfast doesn't officially start until six they had food there for us at 4:30 AM. Totally outstanding! Rooms were clean and orderly. "We loved this hotel! They were so accommodating to us with our dog, even gave us a good bag for him. My ONLY complaint about our stay was the staff at Cafe Whitney. They seem miserable and are so rude! "
