"Very nice hotel, room was nice with everything you would need and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. The only negative was the sofa bed. I think they need vast improvement as it was extremely uncomfortable with next to no padding. This unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. That being said, i would still happily return, i would just reserve 2 rooms rather than sharing."

"Nice spacious and comfortable room, bathroom a bit aged....bath plug wouldn't seal and dispensers didn't really work (fortunately able to extract bottles to tip directly from). We were in the area to explore Roman history at Chedworth and Cirencester, and to cycle and run in the water park area. Proved to be an ideal base, plenty of room to park our motorhome (we stayed in the hotel but ate in the van in the evening, although enjoyed the comprehensive breakfast in the morning with great views of...

Very good breakfast facilities and efficient staff. Excellent indoor pool. The minuses: too dog friendly for our liking. The TV in our room had poor sound and vision - didn’t match up to the overall quality of the hotel - and these days one might expect internet TV as standard. "

Would give 5-stars but I had an issue with the TVs in the room. 1st of all, it's a smart TV that doesn't allow you to watch apps (prime/netflix etc), secondly the image quality was not clear and finally there are 2 TVs in the room and often when I would try to change the channel it would turn on the other TV in the other room, which meant I had to get up to turn it off. "
