A charming, beamed, English Pub with a pretty good restaurant but with the added benefit of being able to walk into town. There are rooms in the pub above the bar/restaurant and rooms located in a converted barn located in the courtyard. The rooms are spacious and equipped with the basics. "The hotel gave me a room with a gorgeous roll top bath as I had requested, so I was very grateful to enjoy a luxurious soak. I also was very happy with the breakfast; you can order anything off their menu, however it was inconvenient that breakfast wasn't served until 8am because I had a to be at a seminar in the centre of Oxford by 9am and I ended up arriving there late. I also could not find the car park so had to pay for the long stay. "
