"The hotel was very busy with families/CHILDREN that could be unruly & loud in the lobby and at breakfast. Irish bank holiday & school vacation week. I therefore did not go near the pool as I had intended. Our room was nice but we overlooked the loading dock & experienced much noise early ~530am-730 every day. A definite drawback. We were not told at check in that the exit gate code changes every day."

"Fabulous stay in a lovely suite with very comfortable facilities and bed. The sitting area could do with some more glassed etc and since there is a fridge, some fresh milk? Excellent food and service in the restaurant. First impression on arrival is so cosy and warm due to the lovely festive decorations. Staff are super friendly too. "

"This place was excellent on all fronts. I have just returned from a wedding there. The hotel was absolutely immaculate and the staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. "Beautiful hotel, we were there for NYE, food was excellent however, the bar was understaffed and there were no chairs for people to sit after dinner, no staff seem to have the common sense to get chairs for people v odd was there was lots of space for them, a v expensive night away to have no seat seems unbelievable really.
