"This property was nice because it fit our group size and we were able to have two rooms next to each other. It was noisy in the evening from the club below, but I had read that in the reviews so knew what I was getting into. We brought portable sound machines to drown out the noise, and the hotel offers ear plugs. It is definitely an older property, as I would expect being in Dublin, but if you mind stairs it’s fine. We liked the location and found most activities within a short walk. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice and clean, with plenty of space for all 3 of us. We requested more towels and they brought them up immediately. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed drinks and dinner in the bar downstairs. I only wish we had stayed long enough to use the pool! "

"No-frills service: manager never showed up: accessible only via key-pad (intercom), we requested early breakfast (we're told breakfast area would be unlocked in the morning, which was... but we couldn't find the lights switch: not fun with two little kids, one of whom is afraid of darkness)."

"Hotel was nice. Needed some updating and our window looked out onto a center area with a ladder and lots of noise of other rooms came in. The room was super hot so could not shut the window to shut out the noise. "

"I booked a twin for myself and my daughter as she had a hospital appointment in Dublin. What i got was a double and when i asked to be moved they said they had no twins left. There was also no room service menu in the room so i had to go down. I also got an unscheduled wake up call at 7.15am asking if i was looking for a hair dryer. NO, no i was not. On the plus side, the bar staff were excellent."
