This was a great hotel to stay at for our first visit to Dublin. The staff was extremely helpful with all of our touristy questions. It's very conveniently placed near public transportation, and walkable from lots of places to eat, and close enough to the city center. The breakfast on site and the bar were both great places to visit as well.

The rooms are nice and clean but we got a connecting room so could hear noise from the next door. Breakfast spread is quite nice. Overall the hotel is very good.

Second stay in a Clayton Hotel in Dublin. Good value for money. Everything you could need (except the view is nothing to write home about). One minor quibble, pre-ordering breakfast is more expensive than walking in. Maybe that's on Expedia.

Really enjoyed our two night stay at The Clayton Hotel! The staff were all lovely and really accommodating and the bar downstairs was the perfect quiet spot for a nightcap before bed! Never absolutely rammed so could always get a table and had the sports on the tv’s! I’d say it took us a steady 20 minute walk to get more towards the centre but we liked this as the hotel was out of the way of the louder areas of Dublin but close enough to walk/taxi over. Would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Dublin again

Marked down property by 1 star due to poor shower facilities. Otherwise an excellent stay. I would say this property is Clayton’s best. Bed and pillows were excellent. Greta value and the breakfast was high standard. Saul in the dining room deserves a mention. He’s full of energy and added to the experience.
