Stayed here for 8 nights while I explored Ireland. Literally perfect for a solo traveler or with a partner, if you are looking for a clean affordable place to stay that’s relatively close to everything. Guinness storehouse and Jameson distillery are a short walk and the tram stop is very close to get you into temple Bar area within a few minutes. Staff was super friendly and housekeeping was top notch. The room was a little small but for the money , you can’t beat it

Nice bathroom. That’s where the positives end. Most of the TV channels don’t work when scroll through them. Why have them if they don’t work? No bedside table and very little space to keep things. Only a big space behind the bed for small luggage. Housekeeping don’t do a complete job. One day they emptied the bin but left the rubbish on the side. Another day, they didn’t clean and refill the tea/coffee area. Stuck in the hotel during Storm Éowyn on checkout day and I asked for somewhere quiet I could stay until I had to leave for the airport in the evening. Everything closed and the reception staff didn’t want to help so stuck in a noisy lobby for hours. Very poor service and I’m annoyed that I’ve booked to come back in a few weeks time.

We didn't spend much time inside the hotel as we were only staying for 1 night and all we did was go back to the hotel to sleep but it was exactly what we needed (a clean, safe place to sleep and use as a base for exploring Dublin). All the staff were friendly and lobby area was lovely.

the staff and the hotel is lovely, made it seem like a home away from a home. the bathroom was slightly dirty but nothing a wipe with a tissue and bit of water can’t solve. the area was very run down - we was not expecting this. as a young woman, i would not feel safe walking from the main road to the hotel but it was very quiet and peaceful.

Had an excellent stay over new year. Staff were amazing! Could not ask for better. Felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We added breakfast to our booking which was a continental. Not sure if it’s possible but would’ve been lovely to add the option of a cooked breakfast. Was located right next to a wee Christmas village, and a lovely walk along the river and over the bridge to temple bar etc. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Clean, convenient, and the most wonderful staff imaginable (SO friendly and helpful). Only shortcomings were that the rooms are microscopic and probably not suitable for more than one person. Also, the walls are pretty thin, and you can hear your neighbors and people in the hallways. Would still stay here again.

Loved our stay at this hotel! We were in Dublin for a couple of days before heading to the west of Ireland for a family reunion when my teenage son became ill and had to be hospitalized for a week. The staff found a room at the last minute for me and my daughter during peak tourist season, for which I’ll be forever grateful! The hotel is a short walk to public transportation and the neighborhood is wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here the next time we’re in Dublin!

This was a great choice as a budget-conscious solo traveler. The room was tiny, but met all of my needs. The bartender was so sweet. I came back to the hotel on a rainy, cold evening, and he made me a custom sandwich that wasn't on the menu. It was so delicious! All of the staff were really kind.

The staff went above and beyond for me and my family. Our flight was arrived late and we had an infant so we had little to no food options so they opened up the kitchen for us so we could eat. Super friendly and super clean. Guinness at the bar is so good too. 10/10!

The hotel was perfect distance of me walking to areas that I wanted to visit. It was also quiet so I didn't really hear traffic or anything. The beds were absolutely comfortable and it was definitely a home away from home.

The hotel was very nice, the bed was very comfy, very nice staff, and near everything I wanted to walk to. The only two negatives I have were the walls weren't very thick, I could hear almost everything and the toilet wouldn't flush and there was no toilet lid cover

The staff at this property are genuinely wonderful. Everyone you meet is friendly and happy to chat and assist with whatever you may need. The bar and restaurant downstairs is fairly priced and has excellent service. The rooms are small, but they’re perfect for a single person or couple who plan to be out and about most of the day anyway. At first glance, the location is “rougher”, but you’re literally one street over on both sides from awesome shops and the luas/tram. Extremely walkable area, we actually only used public transit twice during our entire week stay. We would absolutely stay here in the future.
