"What an exceptional hotel. All the staff are beyond friendly, the hotel is a fun environment, a great change from the other bland hotel chains. I took my 7 year old daughter to Legoland and told her I had booked a special hotel for the trip. On arrival there was a little tent in the room set up for her with a colouring in book and drinks, and a message on the mirror with her name on it, to enjoy Legoland. The lobby had lots of free games - table tennis, football table, and a big jenga, it was a relaxed and fun place to hang around. You can get the 702 or 703 bus from terminal 5 in Heathrow, a day ticket is only £6, and stops at the hotel, we got off checked in played some games and then went back out to visit Windsor and can back, the next morning the same bus will bring you to Legoland."

"I booked the Thistle because of its close proximity to Terminal 5, and I was so pleasantly surprised. From Arrivals, the Pods transport is super easy and quick. I was able to do early check in, and my room was very clean, large, and had everything I needed. I did not take advantage of the restaurant, but it’s available for breakfast and dinner. Getting into London was easy— a 5 min Pod ride back to Terminal 5, and catch the Underground. I will definitely book the Thistle again."

"I flew in from Cairo late last night. I was a tad worried about getting to the Hotel, as there's currently no shuttle service to/from. The Hotel staff advised me which bus to get and where to catch it. Luckily there was one just loading passengers, and the conductor told me where to get off. After arriving atvthe ahotei,cthecstaff were busy but very polite. The room clean, spacious and well fitted out. My deal included breakfast, which was also excellent."
