"This property was one of the worst property I ever stayed in. I was charged $365.00 for two nights via Expedia but I learned through my stay it was actually $87.00 which is not fair to Me by paying more . I was also charged if I had any visitors. "

"It was a very awful stay. The hotel is not clean with cockrach inside."

"it was a so so place to stay for a short of overnight stay however if you are on a business trip want to invite you customer or guest at the hotel there is no proper place to attend to them"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Regent! Its proximity to the beach and La Mer (retail and dining complex with a Euro Mediterranean feel) made this an awesome experience - it puts you in to vacation mode stat! The property is a tad bit dated but still clean, the towels are old, it no longer looks out on to the sea because of La Mer and the adjacent Indian restaurant, but makes no difference in the end. "This is the BEST hotel experience I’ve had in my life! The staff is the best. We met James on arrival who helped open the taxi door, helped with our bags, assisted us to the room. Our entire stay he was always available to help with anything we needed. He advised us about attractions and everything we needed to know. Sylvia at the front desk was warm and inviting. She made sure we got a very good room with views to die for. She was able to answer questions we had. I got a Spa gift for my birthday which was a nice offer. Every single staff member had a smile and always offered help even when we didn’t need it. Dining room staff were nice as well. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai owes us nothing except a trip back."

"The hotel was stunning, staff very professional and keen to make our stay perfect. Room was luxurious and housekeeping excellent. Breakfast buffet gave lots of healthy and delicious options, the spa was perfect and pool area clean, well staffed and had vigilant lifeguards. We look forward to going back."
