"Clean rooms, 2 elevators, well lit parking area, nice breakfast area and breakfast choices "

"It's in a good location, not far to walk to downtown street market and restaurants. The staff are excellent, very courteous and helpful... excellent customer service! The rooms are very basic but clean and has the essentials in a good location. Very good value... would recommend it if only staying for a couple of nights. The only negative was paying for parking...don't think paying guests should pay extra for parking."

"We've been to the site several times, and we've never had a problem! Staff is always very friendly and helpful!! Property is always nice and well kept. My only complainant is they didn't have a micbrowave available for use.... not even in the office!! If they do have refrigerators available for the rooms, but it kind of needed both it wasn't able to reheat anything so we ended up throwing food away."

"We stayed at Idyllwild Inn’s other property, the Strawberry Creek Inn but swung by the former initially so I’ll base my review off both. The properties were charming, clean, and the staff were excellent at accommodating us and ensuring we got what was needed. The room was spacious, renovated, and overall, pretty clean. I can’t speak enough of the staff as they were super kind to us. Next time I come to Idyllwild, these properties will be first on my list to check out. "
