"Hotel Napoleon is very beautiful and kept very clean. The staff was nice just not very friendly. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that before my stay I called and asked if they would have Valet service for the weekend. I was told no that they would not have Valet service. However, after I parked my car myself and carried my bag about a half block I discovered as I entered the hotel that they did have Valet service. I would stay there again. "

From the kitchen staff greeting everyone walking into the dining area and keeping the breakfast counters clean to the valets assisting the customers with the transport of their vehicles, all we came in contact with were pleasant."
