"Very nice place"

"We stayed 2 nights seperated by 2 nights at the doubletree by Hilton hotel in Columbia SC. Although the rooms were simular, the service could not have had more contrast. We were greeted by Samantha both nights we stayed at the Hyatt in Germantown. Samantha was helpful, friendly and reflected a person who was happy in their workplace. Tne doubletree people we encountered were cold and more concerned with something other than us as we checked in. My son and I made this 5 night trip to go to...

"Great stay. Loved the music and the movie theater. Shuttle was prompt and convenient."

"The front desk clerk put us on the third floor. As we were entering the elevator I noticed the lights were flickering so we went to the other elevator they also were flickering. We informed the front desk clerk that flickering lights would trigger a seizure(my wife). So she put us on a ground floor room. Other than that everything was great!"

"Decent downtown location made it easy to walk to Beale street, FedEx Forum, and the baseball diamond. Room was pretty good had some hard water and rust stains in shower and the carpet was older but i guess they are replacing it soon. Solid time. 3.5 out of 5 stars"
