"We booked Hotel Napoleon after a last minute decision to stop in Memphis. This boutique hotel is both aesthetically and practically appealing. Check in was seamless as they had our room awaiting our arrival, the amenities were plentiful and we even found a fun little welcome bag upon entering the room. A huge surprise when we found our room serviced after a day of sightseeing, most of which was walkable from the hotel. As frequent travelers, this is not something we often count on these days. Parking is simple in the garage directly attached to the hotel, in and out privileges even allowed. We truly enjoyed our brief stay and hope to be back someday. "

"Location of property to downtown very convenient, structures in the general area did not give me the warm and fuzzies. I would bring to your attention that GPS does not function properly and did not give the correct directions to you guys. After some 30 minutes and 3 GPS misdirection I stumbled on your location."
