The rooms are clean, comfortable, and attractive. The dresser/TV cabinet in our room was a little wonky, but we’d definitely stay again if we had another early flight (we live an hour from the Memphis airport - and it had snowed!). The woman who staffs the front desk - by herself on weekdays - was charming and good-humored, despite really needing a second person for what appeared to be a busy hotel. Very fun Mexican restaurant next door, too.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The long term parking was great in that there was plenty of security. The shuttle service did a fine job getting us to the airport and back again. Other than the property being a bit run down it was a fine experience.
