"Clean hotel. Gated parking which helped to feel safe since it’s in a more industrial location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beds were a bit hard for my liking. The room layout was really odd. Overall was a good stay."

"This motel never disappoints us! Our room was clean with nice bed linens and fluffy towels. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water available. Coffee is available in the lobby area and a self-service waffle maker provides complimentary breakfast. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. This continues to be our motel of choice when visiting the Memphis/West Memphis area. Thanks so much!"

"I think the hotel and the breakfast as always in Holiday Inn Express was good however, Memphis as a city by itself was very unsafe. They had to keep an overnight patrol in the parking lot for safety. "
