I enjoyed my stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. This is fairly new hotel that just recently opened. The room was clean and the bed slept great. The view was nice. The price was definitely right. The quality of the hotel was above and beyond. Thank you La Quinta Inn & Suites, I definitely recommend.

I loved the customer service. Our room was nice and clean. Room had a fridge and microwave. Plenty channels on the television. Loved the shower. Nice comfortable beds. They are still doing some work on this hotel so there was noise here and there but nothing major. Plenty restaurants and entertainment within minutes of the hotel.

I booked with Expedia for my stay at la Quinta. they charged me for the room during the booking. Then when I checked out, I was told it didn’t go thru and I would need to pay again so I paid cash at check out. After a day goes by i was charged for the room again on the card I originally booked with and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. NEVER AGAIN

I never stay at a LaQuinta. This was a one off because in Memphis it is a challenge to find a decent hotel. I chose this place because it was brand new. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area is close to a major highway and intersection so easy access. The clerks were plesant. However. We were housed with a barking dog next door so that was a disappointment for us. It is pet friendly for sure. There were chunks of dog hair on the floor as we entered the lobby. The clerk swept it up when I showef him. People even had there pets at breakfast. I received points from marriott for the inconvenience. If you have a pet well this is the place for you. They are welcomed. Now I know why the rooms at LaQuinta are usually dirty and unfit. You get what you pay for. Again, brand new so it worked. A year 2 or 3 from now it may be totally different so very glad I had a newer experience with the chain.
