"Very updated, nicely decorated, clean home with ample room space. The location was great on a nice street. Our host always responded to any questions in a timely manner. Only suggestion would be to add an armchair in the living room as sitting was limited for five people. Thanks for a nice stay."

"I have stayed in Memphis 4 different time, this house and neighborhood were the best we have stayed in! The host was very friendly and responds extremely fast. I had a mix up on my dates, she was very understanding and helped me extend my dates with no issue. Thankfully the house was not already booked. Only thing is I wish there was a TV in the living room. "

Beds were clean and very comfortable. Outside deck was a great plus for enjoying the nice weather and a place for those who smoked. "A most welcoming property, this home had comfortable and spacious rooms, was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped and supplied. Everything was organized and labeled making it a breeze to find most anything that could possibly be needed. The owner was very responsive. "

"I came for Holy Convocation. Everything in the city was reasonably close. The neighborhood was quiet. There is an older gentleman across the street that would sit on his porch at night to play his tunes.. but I enjoyed that as well! The beds were comfortable, bedding was clean and smelled clean. I'd certainly stay again."
