"This is the second time staying at this hotel and I love it. Everything you can think of is walking distance and save a lot of money on Uber and Careem. It's a 15 min walk to the Dubai mall where you can get different types of food for each day you are at Dubai. If I ever go back again I will stay here again. Love the staff "

"The reception was very friendly and kind as they upgraded my room for a better view after I told them thay my room with a "city view" had no view at all. The hotel itself needs some small fixes, for example the curtains don't all close/open, the safe deposit didn't work until I called room service etc... The hotel cleaning service is great! I forgot the do not disturb sign in the morning and went out, to my surprise when I came back in the evening they called me and asked If I still wanted...

"The location and overall impression was good when I stayed with my wife there but on the last day everything was ruined when a housekeeping staff member entered our room without our permission while we were sleeping inside the room. That was unacceptable as it was a severe intrusion to our privacy. I reported to the manager but he responded formally. So I have to call the police and they responded very fast. My privacy and security of valuables was compromised so I don't know whats their policy...
