"There were no toothbrushes at the rooms and when I came to the front desk to ask the lady at the front treated me like an idiot like I don’t know reception don’t give toothbrush and that it had to be delivered to the rooms instead. Don’t know why the tone can be so rude… left a bad taste for the 1 night stay here. Came over from Emirates palace from Abu Dhabi and it makes this place Feels like bad value for the price despite being cheaper."
