"Where do we begin? Right at the arrival we are greeted by the ever smiling and attentive ‘Merry’, as usual going beyond customer service! We know her for many years having been a regular patron of this hotel. She’s still the same as ever. Amazing customer friendly personality. Great to see her do well there. Breakfast was made fantastic despite the chaos by Francis, who went over and beyond and so did Tannu! Hardworking guys, attentive and addressing all our requests with a big smile at all times. Not to forget Paul at the reception, his Manager Minna Hinna, and his thoughtfulness, welcoming us with nice sweets which was appreciated. Lastly the hard working Bilawal “Billu” and Mohsin at the valet and baggage services. Fantastic guys. Thanks a lot JA team. Its people like you that make us come back! "

"This property was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Not only clean & well maintained but simply gorgeous to the sight! I loved EVERYTHING about it! The staff was friendly, professional, accommodating & simply outstanding! They even called to ensure everything was up to standard during our visit & asked if we needed anything to help make our stay better! They were just the right amount of attentive. Reminded me of my favorite Department Store Nordstrom! The area was mere perfection! It was walking distance to the beach & to any and every type of restaurant you would like to visit and eat! We DEFINITELY want to return to The Blue Beach Towers the next time we visit Dubai - they made our first visit so awesome my husband & Best Friends with whom we traveled - cannot WAIT to return n to AWESOME Dubai! "Perfect for holiday"

"It was a lovely stay at Ramada at the end of January for 10 days. Stayed with my family in the duplex 2 bedroom unit (2202). Ramada is a relatively modest budget value chain and it more than met our expectations. Building and Room: Slightly dated, but well kept and clean. Our unit was also a bit dated with a bit of misty smell in the beginning, but i attributed to it not being used in a long time presuambly. Pretty decent minimalist amenities. Breakfast service which is an addon was good, with good quality and variety. Its on JBR, just a minute or so walk to the JBR public beach and all the shops and restaurants at the Walk, so that was convenient. Also has parking on the main floor, which was usedul for us given we decided to rent a car. Service: What made our stay really special was the outstanding service, starting from concierge to reception to room service and breakfast service. Everyone in the staff was super friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job tending the needs of the guests. In particular, we were really impressed by the dedication and attention to detail by two gentlemen, Newton and Bishwas, who were responsible for cleaning our room and providing turndown service. They did an immaculate job everyday and went above and beyond. They even arranged a small cake and decorated our room for my birthday without us requesting it...that was a very personal touch and we appreciated the gesture! All in all, I would return to the hotel anytime I go back to Dubai."
