This hotel is amazing. It feels more like an apartment because there is a large bedroom, large bathroom and a laundry machine in the room. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

We had a short stay but the room was very clean and the staff were amazing!!! Especially Riana at the front desk and Adel Alam in the dining room- both were exceptionally helpful!!

This place was close to all the main attractions in Dubai and the Hop on and Off bus tours in Dubai. There was a problem in access to the pool in a separate location from one Ramada building to another. The service and the breakfast was great.

Paid extra for 1 bed appt with full Burj and fountains view. That makes it an extra special experience opening curtains in morning to such an awesome view. Or watching fountains from high vantage point in evening from your bed/ lounge area. You can just make out the music. A 10 - 15 minute stroll to the Dubai mall alongside the fountains lake and parkland. From Dubai mall you can then use metro to travel throughout the city. Or just grab a taxi if time is limited, you can get around quicker in general.

Excelent Hotel, service is exceptional, very accessible to Dubai Mall, walking and the hotel have some itinerary for free transportation to Dubai Mall
