"My wife and I met some friends for the weekend. This hotel had a great location only a block away from King St where we spent a good deal of our time. The staff was awesome, with a good room, clean, and all. Walkable to the visitor center and the music hall where we did a tour and went to a concert. "

"Bed and linens were very comfortable. Slept great each night which is usually not the case with new surroundings. Complimentary room snacks and drinks were a nice gesture and came in handy. Only issue was the shower head. Granted I’m spoiled when it comes to this feature, but an upgrade would have merit. Water temp and pressure were good. Great staff, friendly and accommodating."

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
