"Loved this place! Very roomy and very clean; fresh towels were folded on the ends of the beds, very accommodating! (the only little thing I noticed was the cover for the fan in the bathroom ceiling was pretty dusty, but this place was really clean otherwise). Communication was outstanding, they were on top of things and gave us great information reference everything we needed to know. And everything is within walking distance, you won’t really need your car after you arrive. I recommend it!"

"I had friends from out of town visiting, and we wanted to stay by the beach. This rental has a direct pathway to the beach and unit pool. The apartment was immaculately clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. There was enough room for all seven of us, and we had a great time relaxing on the beach and pool. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants in Isle of Palms, so no need to worry about additional parking. I highly recommend this rental."

"We stayed in July of 24 with our extended family and had a great time. Folly is a little beach bum town in the best way. There were no crowds at restaurants and no party scenes like other beach towns we’ve been to. The condo itself was exactly what we needed for our group. The pool is very underwhelming, which is what made me realize this is a beach lover’s town. It wasn’t an issue, but an adjustment for our kids who prefer the pool. The freezer does not have an ice maker (only 2 ice trays)...

"Condo picture on VRBO is not the condo you rent! Arrived Sunday afternoon, Cable and Internet were down. Real hasel between VRBO and Vacasa the the condo management company. Transfered multiple times and multiple days between Vacasa local office and HQ office. Issue not fixed for 2 days! Not the way I want to spend my vacation! Condo bed was terrible, bathroom old and needs work, AC return vent was filthy! Overall condo is in need of deep cleaning and upgrade. We will not go back."
