"Wonderful staff and beautiful property. You have to walk just a few blocks to be in the middle of the action. The hotel is on a busy street but was quiet at night. Loved our room! "

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"We had the perfect stay the location is excellent the staff very friendly and helpful. So many nice perks like bottled water in your room the coffee and pastries put out in the morning is very nice with real coffee cups not paper and the cookies put out in the afternoon were delicious. The beds are comfy and having a robe is a nice touch and the high end brand of toiletries was a super nice surprise ! We will definitely refer friends to stay here !"
