"This is a cool building, in a fantastic area of downtown Charleston. Very walkable. They had a great complimentary breakfast, and a free happy hour reception. The property is a little dated and could use a refresh, but it was clean and I'd stay here again. "

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
