The stove is old, with loose electric eyes that take a long time to heat up, and there is no prep room. We had hoped to cook quite a bit but really weren't able to. "The condo complex was clean and well kept. Easy access to beach and within walking distance to multiple local restaurants and shops, very convenient! The condo unit itself was clean and the perfect setup for our family of 4 plus grandparents. The location at the corner of the building gave for amazing beach and ocean views! Also near stairwell on second floor so quick and easy access to the ground floor when we didn’t want to take the elevator. Overall a great experience and we plan to book this...

"Our fourth time staying in The Penthouse at Folly for our holiday family gathering. The layout is perfect for us - four bedrooms for the four siblings/spouses plus the upstairs loft rooms for the three kids (now young adults). The open format includes a well-stocked kitchen, large dining table and seating/TV area so everyone can spread out and do their thing.
