"The City View Hotel was a safe and convenient place to stay while I was in Cairo. It is centrally located. The food, I thought was mediocre. There were a lot of packaged items for breakfast and the restaurant served meals that were adequate but the quality wasn’t that great. I think if the hotel wanted to improve it should revamp the entire kitchen in terms of what is available for breakfast and the quality of their food, in comparison to better restaurants and types of cooking. "Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Its currently being rebranded to the Hilton. All the staff were very pleasant esp. the breakfast staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Big variety of dishes. Our room was on the 34th floor overlooking the Nile and could see the pyramids from our balcony. An overall pleasant stay."
