"I arrived early morning for check in but the room was not available until 1 pm. They took good care of me, welcomed me with breakfast and allowed me to leave my luggage while I went out. When I arrived the room was not still available and since I was extremely exhausted they arranged me to go to another hotel (Capital Hotel) part of their properties and they were very nice and welcoming too. Thank you for going the extra mile and taking care of me the last day of my amazing vacation in Egypt"

"Very bad front desk - unprofessional wearing sleeping cloth with with sandles - have no photo copy machine to photo copy passport un-bolite knocked on my doors 3 times for no reason NOT SAFE TO STAY IN HERE. "

"The pics shown on the site look nothing like the actual room.I had to wait 2 hrs to check in as there was no electricity.When I finally did check in there were electrical wires running to my room.The room which was supposed to be a king size room and bed was a double bed in a room 6'x8'.There were ants crawling on the bed and the sheets were stained.I went to the front desk to complain and they sent up a 12 year old underage worker to change the linen.The elevator walls were open to the outside...
