"VERY WARM WELCOME BY MATT AT FRONT DESK. AND DANIELLE WHO IS A MANAGER WHO REMEMBERS ME EVERY TIME I STAY AT THIS LOCATION. MICHAELA AND SIERRA IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM ARE AMAZING! OH THAT BREAKFAST.. THE BEST !! I HAVE TO MENTION THAT ON ONE DAY I NEEDED MY ROOM CLEANED WITHIN A SPECIFIC WINDOW OF TIME, AND ASKED MATT AT FRONT DESK TO FACILITATE THAT. WELL, LUANNA FRON HOUSECLEANING WAS LITERALLY OUTSIDE MY DOOR 2 MINUTES BEFORE THE REQUESTED TIME, AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED. ALSO MATHEW AND ONE OTHER TALL YOUNG LADY AT FRONT DESK, WHOSE NAME I FORGET. BUT YES, IF YOU ARE GOING TO STAY IN A HOTEL IN REDDING, PLEASE CHOOSE THE BEST WESTERN HILLTOP!! YOU WILL BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF BY THE STAFF, AND THERE IS ALSO A NICE GRILL RESTAURANT ON THE PROPERTY. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, GREAT PEOPLE!!"
