Unkept dirty hotel. Checked out 3 rooms for the whole family, all 3 rooms were pretty obviously not cleaned. The complimentary individual shampoo conditioner bottles were half-to empty, crumbs. Dirty, actual dust. Wasn’t worth complaining about considering all 3 rooms were the same. We just stayed the night and left first thing in the morning.

I want to start off positive. Spacious room, loved having the balcony. TV had an amazing channel selection. The freezer part of the refrigerator was the best I've ever had. The microwave wasn't very good though. I was told by a manger they are getting ready to do a major renovation starting in November. It could use some sprucing up. Now the not so good part. I booked a room with a balcony and I always double check what I book. When we got there the desk clerk tried to give me a non balcony room. When I explained I had double checked our booking he wanted to argue with me and was pushing the boundary of being rude. I tried to joke with him and told him I wasn't trying to be a Karen. He wasn't having it. I wasn't giving in either. He finally gave me the room I booked and then said I should be happy I got a free upgrade. All other staff were nice but this guy shouldn't work with the public. I watched him throughout our stay interacting with other check ins and never a smile. I would stay again but hope he isn't there to check us in.

Great hotel. Front desk staff was quick and very friendly. The hotel was beyond 2 stars. Clean, big, upgraded rooms, comfortable beds, safe environment and delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay again!
