Easy access to the pool and beach as well.The Owner had great communication and left detailed instructions on accessing the property. We would definitely rent again."

"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up...

"This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....
