The birthday cake and welcome decorations were such a lovely and thoughtful touch — they made my stay feel extra special and memorable. A special thank you to the manager who warmly welcomed me, remembered my name, and went above and beyond by helping with my Taobao package collection. I had initially arranged to pick it up at the self-collection area, but he kindly offered to assist with the process and even brought it to me directly. This level of personal care and attention was truly impressive and deeply appreciated. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit to Guangzhou."
