"Had a great stay! The only part was that we had to go up to 33rd floor to check in and then down to the room and up again for breakfast and not every lift can get there. A bit confusing… the stairs to breakfast was not so user friendly for elderly hard of walking. The blanket was thinner than expected for a Hyatt property, unlike all other Hyatts I have stayed at.
