"I travelled from Newcastle and stayed here for my birthday - we had only heard of the hotel on the YWP website when booking an experience. The hotel was really nice, really clean and the layout was really nice (like little pods before entering the hotel with little shops, bistros, restaurants etc made it feel like a holiday resort.) The reception was another pod, the staff were really lovely and they had a little essentials shop too which was a really nice touch for toothbrushes and other things...

"Check in ok although there was some confusion as to whether or not we had booked breakfast. Did send an email regarding booking evening meal but never got a response. Staff friendly and helpful. Need more choice on menu "

"Three nights stay - done a few now. Unfortunately, and not the hotels fault a particularly noisy neighbour this time around. Finally gave up trying to sleep at 3am and visited reception. I was given another room to get my head down for a few hours. Grateful for that - shame it happened due to some unruly guests. "
