"Everything went well. The only thing to add to the stay is that the property offers a limted amount of kw per day for electricity and the rest you are charged at the end of the stay. Very spacious home. Great mattresses for a nice rest at the end of the night. "

"The property was advertised as premium property great part of town. But when we arrived we noticed security bars all over the windows and doors and my partner felt very uncomfortable staying there. We immediately told the property manager that we didn't even want to stay one night but was convinced to stay one night but my partner was so uncomfortable that she went to bed fully dressed and couldn;t sleep at all that night. We left the next day but now property manager will not respond or return...

"Location is near restaurant, market, pharmacy & subway…. Good for sleeping and going into town. The bus to Puta Cana and other cities is located near by making it the perfect transitional spot."

"This apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Santo Domingo. The location was perfect for exploring Zona Colonial on foot, and on-street parking was available or a secure parking lot nearby. The kitchen was well appointed, the wi-fi worked great all the time, the washer and dryer were a bonus, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a nice break from the heat. I would note that the second bedroom has no window, so can feel a bit gloomy, but we enjoyed hanging out in the living...

"The photos for this property doesn't match the real eyes experience. This place is old and needs painting. The shower had no shower head. The wifi was slow and completely stop working after 1 day. The lady at the front desk did her best with what she had to work with. The host will ignore all messages. "

"Spent 4 weeks in the house. Relatively quiet street at the periphery of ciudad colonial but still in convenient walking distance to pretty much all of ciudad colonial. Listing had no fotos of bedrooms but property manager described in a text message. The smaller bedroom does not have AC which could be a limitation if both bedrooms are needed. The house had a few technical problems with water and electricity although this maybe more an issue of the section of the city rather than the house...

"There was no hot water option in the shower or sink house cleaning was extra and towels were not regularly available had to ask for new ones and they didn’t want to give me more then one at a time "

"the room was a good size and clean. the best part about the stay was the hot water and the shower head was amazing. it was almost like a spa. just beautiful. i could have stayed in the room and slept for a week. the house keeper on the twelth floor was very attenative. i asked where was the ice machine and she said call room service. before i closed my door the ice was being handed to me. they are good. thank you"

"I’ve stayed in this Hotel three times now, and it never disappoints! The service is top-notch, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway or business .
