The front door attendant was outstanding—he spoke English fluently and was incredibly helpful. He even arranged for us to step off the resort to explore and enjoy some local food, which was a great touch. The entertainment staff truly made the trip special, keeping the vibe fun and lively every day. With multiple restaurants on-site and 24-hour room service, the dining options were fantastic. Everything felt so laid back, with no pressure, making it easy to relax and enjoy. The highlight was on our last day when the kitchen staff surprised us with a delicious lunch by the pool before we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect way to end our stay. The only downside is the hour-and-a-half ride from Punta Cana Airport, but honestly, it’s worth it for the amazing experience this resort offers. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing, and fun vacation spot!"
