"All was good with the room. However, the air conditioner made a loud sound and we found it difficult to sleep. We did turn down the system which helped a bit. Thought we should have received a discount for the aggravating sound. We did not complain to the staff as we were only there for a few nights, were out most of the day, and we did not want to uproot and move rooms.
