"Really handy place to stay. Rooms were clean, housekeeping staff were really lovely and they have water machines in the hall to fill up your water bottles. Rooms were a little tired and worn but everything worked and reception was helpful and efficient. While there was a tesco, Greggs and costa just 2 mins away, the area just out of the uni campus felt very unsafe. But perfect location for central Birmingham, especially if you need parking.
