Check in and check out on point and when we asked for some towels we got them in minutes. I recommend this place without any doubt. "

"This place is absolutely amazing! The hotel and the grounds are beautiful upon arrival. The desk porter, Esthfanios (spelling? Sorry!) Was lovely and so kind. The rest of the staff were incredibly nice, check in was smooth, and the room was lovely. It isnt a new building, so it isnt perfect, but you can't expect it to be. The hotel hosted a number of events while I was there, and they did such a great job! There was always coffee, tea, and water available, and it was nice sitting by the fire with a drink from the bar. The view from my room was of the village and the Avon River. It was stunning and I couldn't help just starting out of the window for hours. I hope to return again."

"Beautiful location and great staff, the room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice and good quality food. The only niggle was that I was on the second floor and there was no lift."
