"Cosy, convenient, quiet. In the beauty of the cathedral close and right in the centre of town. My room was spotless, lovely and warm with a cute little toilet and shower and towels. Staff were super helpful ahead of time and with check in. "

"Beautiful property. Loved the character of the old mansion and the decor within the home. Check in was pleasant and easy. The TV channel selection was good compared to other places in our travels, which helps with children. Rooms were clean, however there was no soap provided to wash your hands in the room, which was inconvenient. We didn’t have a great sleep as the beds are quite hard, and the pillow cases had a damp towel unfresh scent that was my biggest complaint. Other than that, it was...

"This is a great place to stay. My room and the whole house was spotless and very comfortable and cosy. The owners are lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and I have yet to feel hungry, 9 hours later. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again. "

Lovely Manor Hotel In The Country

"This place is absolutely amazing! The hotel and the grounds are beautiful upon arrival. The desk porter, Esthfanios (spelling? Sorry!) Was lovely and so kind. The rest of the staff were incredibly nice, check in was smooth, and the room was lovely. It isnt a new building, so it isnt perfect, but you can't expect it to be. The hotel hosted a number of events while I was there, and they did such a great job! There was always coffee, tea, and water available, and it was nice sitting by the fire with a drink from the bar. The view from my room was of the village and the Avon River. It was stunning and I couldn't help just starting out of the window for hours. I hope to return again."

Lovely hotel

"Beautiful location and great staff, the room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice and good quality food. The only niggle was that I was on the second floor and there was no lift."

"Lovely rennovated and well maintained building, lovely room (106), lovely staff and lovely ambience. I booked an extra night and then will be back 29th. Not only is it better than anything locally with more little extras but the price is amazing. Coming back to the staff morning, afternoon or evening they were all lovely. From a two bag teapot for breakfast to a jug of water whilst I had a teams meeting to a little mince pie with my afternoon cuppa. A M A Z I N G! Please share this - you should be really really proud of what you deliver for me as a customer. Thank you. "
