"Perfect location, close to everything you want to see. A great advantage (and a reason why we picked this hotel) is the car park, big and very reasonably priced. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. The only complain would be breakfast which was more expensive when pain during booking (at £16 per person) than it was when you were there (£12.95). "Stayed 2 nights, loved everything. The check in, guy took us to our room..the room, beautiful, spotlessly clean, room 34 perfect. Parking on site...fantastic. Walk into town about 10 mins, so easy. Great view of River Avon and Cathedral from deck. Can't recommend this place enough...do stay there. "

"Great little guest house. We had a top floor room for 3, and everything was in the room. Only issue was that the double bed was Farr too soft and uncomfortable, causing my wife and I to roll together in the middle whenever we moved. Breakfast was continental, served in room and was good. "
