"Lovely location, great service with happy and helpful staff. Food a bit on the expensive side and limited dinner menu, breakfast was really good. Room ok but the showroom was extremely cold. Everything you needed in the room and fresh milk for drinks. Big plus was a served at the table breakfast and not a buffet."

"We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you "

"We loved the Spa and pool. Plenty of parking and our room was serviced every day. We had breakfast delivered to our room which was a real treat. We visited nearby Wakehurst Arboretum and gardens and had no trouble eating out also. Our door key didn’t work on two occasions. Cocktails were expensive but overall it was a wonderful long, relaxing Easter weekend. The staff were very polite and helpful. "
