"Not very well sign posted from the start ( parked the car no sign to say entrance as your around the back ) also inside the spa there no signs to say for example what sauna done what or mixed steam room this way nothing. The restaurant wasn’t sign posted we arrived and then was told there was another restaurant up the hallway. It’s a bit of figure it out yourself. Rooms was very basic considering this place is ment to be a luxury spa. Room was quite cold and there no heating or air con in rooms...

"We loved the Spa and pool. Plenty of parking and our room was serviced every day. We had breakfast delivered to our room which was a real treat. We visited nearby Wakehurst Arboretum and gardens and had no trouble eating out also. Our door key didn’t work on two occasions. Cocktails were expensive but overall it was a wonderful long, relaxing Easter weekend. The staff were very polite and helpful. "
