"We had a large balcony suite. Not a spectacular view - we looked over the backs of several buildings and there was construction, but likely quieter than street side rooms. Bed very comfortable and staff attentive and very prompt if we had a special request ( extra ice for champagne, etc. Palermo is nice quiet area with many restaurants close by."

"This Miramar by Windsor is in an excellent location, it’s spotlessly clean, the staff are so helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, the pool and pool bar were lovely and the showers in the room were so wonderful. Nice touches like chocolates in the room every day and a fresh bottle of water. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"Great experience at this hotel. Breakfast was always delicious and quick. We experienced the couples spa and it was exceptional. Views of mountains while in jacuzzi were amazing. 3 blocks from Tesoro Shopping Mall, short walk. Roof top bar and restaurant was great with many food and drink options. Definitely recommend! "
