The most important one is the fact that it was not obvious to us that it was critical to communicate with the manager/owner before hand to get instructions on getting to the place and then having access to it. No one inhabits the premises, so to understand how to open doors once there requires a conversation with the owner. It took us a while to figure out where the building was (no street address)...

"The property was ok. Rooms are good and good condition. Property does not have security or a lobby. In medellin in my opinion this is very important if you want to feel safe or for delivery services."

"The apartments are not decorated at all, very bare, not cozy. Kitchen is poorly equipped, no coffee machine. Check in process is tedious Communication prior to arrival was non existent creating unnecessary anxiety. Beds are comfortable Shower pressure is good but the water leaks outside and gets the floor all wet. Only one bath towel per person. No hand towels provided. No hair conditioner. "

Atendimento e infra-eatrutura de primeira classe. Desde o pessoal da portaria, manutenção, cozinha e limpeza. Proprietário do apartamento não mediu esforços para que tivéssimos uma ótima estadia. Tudo nos surpreendeu. Foi melhor do que esperávamos. Com certeza voltaremos. Recomendadíssimo."

Convenient to subway, buses, shopping, and food. + Relaxing walk or short subway ride to many attractions + Grocery/convenience stores nearby + Walkable neighborhood + Very spacious with natural lighting. + Friendly host :) - Neighbors can be loud - Linens/ towels are stained - Surface level clean. I would stay here again. -"

"The check in process was not good. We waited about 4 hours…. The manager showed up after two hours. A guest had to let us in the building. The view from our apartment was awesome and we were very close to the Main Street which was down one block. Our bed was very hard. Neither one of us slept well at night and the TV was not working. I did finish two books though. :) If you have an urgent problem, good luck. The main contact person is very hard to reach."
