"The hotel itself (lounges, restaurants, area outside) is beautiful but the rooms leave much to be desired for the price. We paid over $400 for a standard room and the bathroom was not updated at all. In addition, the shower grout did not look clean."

"I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional. "

"Beautiful unique hotel. The spa is amazing you must book the 12 circuit spa experience. Friendly staff most speak very good English. Breakfast omelettes are delicious order a flat white coffee. Wifi is solid for zoom meetings with flawless audio and video connections. Small rooftop pool, but no one ever uses so it’s basically private. "
