"We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Rio Serrano. The location is right outside the south entrance of Torres Del Paine, which makes it very convenient to explore the park. We got the all inclusive package. Food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the Massif. The hotel has an excellent travel desk that arranged all our transportation and tours. We would definitely stay here again if we return to this area. "

"Staff friendly and very efficient service. Deluxe room is very spacious with a separate seating area downstairs. Spa tub in the bathroom was a nice amenity. Rooftop Pool area is small with a few sunbeds & plunge pool. comfortable seating area with sofas on the rooftop. Restaurant options were based on healthy protein meals. A very relaxing stay with Cordoba on the doorstep. "
