"We loved the hotel. But the check in experience was not great. The receptionist was very friendly. There were three of us traveling- we had reservations but it took about 45 minutes for check in. One thing that we had strong disagreement with was they took a photo copy of our credit cards- even though we strongly disagreed with this process- then they put them in a file cabinet?
