"We spent 9 nights at this property, truly our home away from home. This historical estancia has been operated by the same family for 120 years. The owners are welcoming and will make sure to share tips about hikes and other things to do. A couple of hikes can be done right from the estancia. "I stayed one night at this hotel and its by far the best option in Riobamba. I had a great dinner with a few glasses of wine. The weather was fantastic. You enjoyed seating next to the firepit before going to bee! Very recomended! "

"Ud. como administradores de la plataforma no tienen retroalimentación con el dueño de lugar ni sabia que íbamos y según sus recomendaciones enviadas al correo no había necesidad de volverlos a contactar, ni siquiera me dejaron un numero donde contactarme con ellos, no se descargo el pago pero si me pidieron todos mis datos de la tarjeta hasta CVT, NO vuelvo a contratar con HOTELS, muy mala la articulación de la estadia."

"No estaba la reservación hecha, no pudimos utilizar el hotel, dijeron que habían tenido problemas con el sistema. Terrible cuñado uno está de viaje y se encuentra con esto, aunque nos ayudaron a ubicar recomendándonos otro lugar"

"Très bon séjour, maison équipée pour un séjour agréable en famille. Les chambres étaient propres et la literie confortable. Nous avons passé de bons moments dans la piscine, le jacuzzi et le billard. À proximité du village et du lac, mais calme pour se détendre. Belle vue et le personnel a été très attentionné."
