"Great property with a wide variety of activities: sand boarding, horseback riding, water slide, rock climbing wall, sport courts, and even an entire animal sanctuary. We enjoyed the multiple pools and the delicious food. Everything is well priced and the staff is so friendly. Property looks better in person than pictures. "

"The hotel is amazing, the place is out of this world, the view from everywhere is incredible. The Staff is nice and warm. Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. "Excellent stay. This is a family run hotel so very unofficial and welcoming making solo impromptu travel much easier when any reservation changes occur. As a solo traveler I felt extremely safe staying there and felt more like home than a hotel. One of the owners was also immensely helpful towards helping me arrange last minute tours I wanted to do and really made my stay in Banos exceptional.
