"The staff at the hotel were excellent. We were able to drop off our luggage in 5 minutes. When we finally checked in they were professional and tried hard to speak English. There is a Family mart attached to the hotel which was very convenient. "

"The hotel was a bit run down as it is older. Location was excellent and it was clean. The buffet breakfast was good but no other dining options. Close to the station and department store so food was available there. The beds were quite comfortable. We would stay there again. "

"Great, calming place. It was perfect for our part of the trip as we wanted to relax and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The majority of people who stayed here were older people and families, but I did not mind that at all. There are a lot of amenities and it was the small features that made me feel extra comfortable. "This Dormy Inn was exceptional. The two hot springs baths and the sauna on the top floor were the highlight for us. We also enjoyed the complimentary ice cream in the evening and a free chair massage while our laundry was being done. After long travels in Japan, this Dormy Inn felt particularly welcoming with the complimentary lobby drinks and the complimentary ramen in the evening as well as all of the above mentioned conveniences. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Mishima. "
